The entry door at the artisan house was a play on pairs and radiuses. Panels were paired and the radiuses reflected and repeated into the architectural woodwork surrounding. After we installed a bubinga entertainment center, our client liked it so well they asked us to make doors to compliment it. These bubinga doors are very stout. We resawed the bubinga as usual, to ensure matching panels. One of my favorite doors, this ribbon grained mahogany surely looks like flames and always draws my eye.
